Giulio and Sons Restaurant focuses on using local and sustainable products whenever possible in preparing all the dishes on their menu. It is located in the Adoba Eco Hotel on Town Center Drive in Dearborn,MI
Giulio and Sons’ kitchen is run by Executive Chef Phillip Baxman. Although he is not formally trained, Chef Phillip has the ability to create unique dishes that are not only appetizing but also visually appealing. He has completely revamped the banquet center menu for the Adoba Hotel and is working on the menu at Giulio and Sons.
I recently had the pleasure of sitting down with the owner of Adoba Eco Hotel and enjoyed a tasting of Chef Phillips’ new dishes. Although they supplied me with a delicious meal,all opinions stated in this post are my own and I have not been compensated in any way to say only positive things.

The restaurant is not only visited by hotel guests but is a popular stop for local business men and women looking for a delicious and refreshing lunch. For lunch there is a Market buffet available that features many of the top dishes served by Chef Phillip at Giulio and Sons.

Saturday lunch begins at 11 AM
Sunday lunch begins at 12 Noon(If you are attending a conference, don’t hesitate to ask if you would like dining between 1:30-5 PM as they have stayed open if people are interested.)
