If you purchase a Getaways voucher and the merchant is unable to book the stay you want during the available dates and before the book-by date, we’ll refund your purchase.
If the book-by date passes and you haven’t yet booked your trip, the promotional value is no longer valid but your voucher is still worth what you paid for it. You may use the paid value as a credit with the merchant toward the advertised experience only, unless the advertised experience is no longer available.
Goods:
Unless the Fine Print says otherwise, you can return almost any item you purchased directly from Groupon Goods within 14 days of receipt, on us. This includes items that arrive damaged, defective, or missing parts.

For ticketed events, refunds cannot be issued beyond the day of purchase. If an event is ever canceled or rescheduled, we’ll notify you and offer a full refund.
