While looking for a place to vacation, we wanted a place to relax but also a place where we could have fun.  Emerald Grande in Destin, Florida, is located on the Gulf Coast.  There was everything we needed within walking distance.  It is located at HarborWalk Village, filled with things to do, shopping and restaurants.  It’s a great place for couples or families to visit.

Emerald Grande has 1, 2 and 3 bedroom  condo’s available to choose from and has a complete kitchen.  We were able to stop and pick up some groceries at the store down the street, upon arriving,in order to save some money.

Included in the many things to do are Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, Jet Skiing, ParaSailing, Kite Boarding, Pirate Cruise, Live Entertainment and so much more.  We really enjoyed the Water Trampoline and The Big Kahuna Water Park right down the road.

We spent a couple days just lounging around the swimming pool which also has a kids play area, to keep the little ones busy.

 

 

Emerald Grande has all the amenities of home and more.  The rooms have 2 bedrooms plus a bunk room.  There is a tv in each bedroom along with the living room.  The dining table will seat 6 along with 4 barstools at the counter.  There is a balcony off the living room along with with a separate balcony off the master bedroom, and also a door off the 2nd bedroom.

Emerald Grande is considered to be the most family friendly hotel on the Gulf Coast.  If you really want to relax, you can go for a massage, facial, body treatment or a manicure and pedicure.
