Summer is just getting into full swing and Cedar Point has announced some awesome information about some upcoming events. Check out this information and start planning your Cedar Point trip to “The Best Amusement Park in the World“.

2014 Upcoming Events

 The Beach Blast is here! Join us every Friday & Saturday night on the Cedar Point Beach for family-friendly activities like beach games, live music, food AND FIREWORKS! The party happens Fridays & Saturdays from 9 – midnight with fireworks at 11 p.m. through August 16. See you there!

NEW! Grab a flashlight and journey onto Adventure Island to explore the trails. See over 50 chomping, breathing & growling animatronic creatures lurking in the night! Every Friday & Saturday from 10 p.m. – midnight through Aug. 16. Flashlight and treat included! $5 per person; $3 for Season & Platinum Passholders.  Purchase tickets here.

This biking event 8-16-14supporting Crohn’s and Colitis will take you through Cedar Point before the park opens and includes brunch with registration. CLICK HERE for more information.

Cedar Point welcomes Michigan residents to join us for the traditional end of summer. Special deals will be announced at a later date. Cedar Point will host some of the best athletes in the world as the park voted the “Best Amusement Park in the World” welcomes participants in the Rev3 Triathlon. This family-friendly event features both a half and full-triathlon which start and finish right here on the Cedar Point Peninsula. For more info, click here.  Dates 9/5/14-9/7-14

The annual celebration of all things spooky returns to America’s Roller Coast on Friday nights, Saturdays and Sundays, Sept. 12 – Nov 1. See the park transformed into a festive fall family-friendly atmosphere. Haunted houses, family activities, a parade, themed dining experiences and a few other surprises are in store for this year’s event – stay tuned for all the details!

Cedar Point brings the “Happiest 5k on the Planet” to our midways before the park is open. Be prepared to be doused in color from head to toe by the time you are finished. The run will be Sept. 20 starting at 8 a.m. To register click here.

Residents in the Sandusky area are invited to the annual trick-or-treat event at the park on 10/22/14.
