While in Branson we had the opportunity to see JONAH at the Sight & Sound Theater. I don’t even know where to begin. It was absolutely AMAZING! I have never been to a show like it and it’s actually an experience.
The set design was phenomenal. The sets turned and they were on the sides of theatre. The boat was HUGE and 3 dimensional. There was so much attention to detail. There were even live animals.
They really got the whole audience involved. When there was the under the sea scene there were bubbles and fish swimming through out the audience as well as jelly fish hanging from the ceiling. When Jonah was in the belly of the whale, they had the theatre looking like we were in the belly too.
It is hard to put into words how awesome the experience is. It is a MUST SEE if you are in Branson. They also have a theatre in Lancaster, PA. I’d like to drive down every year just to see their new shows!
I also love how they bring the Bible to life! I believe in the Bible and it’s wonderful to see the message of hope shared with all!
