Kayaking the Greenbrier River
Kayaking the Greenbrier River
It was so much fun kayaking the river yesterday with my family! The weather was perfect…85 degrees with a bright blue sky and white puffy clouds. We rode the water from Caldwell to Ronceverte, stopping to fish and swim along the way. If you are interested in floating the Greenbrier but don’t own your own equipment, contact the Greenbrier River Campground to arrange float trips for you. They provide everything from transportation and equipment to boxed lunches…just ask!
No matter where you are, I hope you got outside and enjoyed some outdoor activities, but you were really missing out if you weren’t in West Virginia. It truly is “almost Heaven” here!
